Therese has more than 25 years of medical device industry experience with a wide-range of experience in operations management, process development, design control, quality systems and people development/training. She has a proven track record in both multinational and start-up environments.
Therese has worked with Steripack Ireland since 2019 having worked for 5 years with Bemis Healthcare Packaging (previously SteriPack) as quality manager and project manager. Prior to this, Therese worked in a medical device start-up for 7 years in product development, clinical support and operations roles. She also worked in Boston Scientific for 8 years in operational excellence and manufacturing engineering positions.
With over 15 years of experience in innovation and R&D, Alejandro excels at leading cross-functional teams in driving product and manufacturing development for medical devices.
Alejandro is passionate about driving growth and success in innovative Medical Devices. With a successful track record of managing multiple programs for new medical device products and developing new manufacturing facilities with a technology-focused mindset, Alejandro possesses an in-depth understanding of the medical devices industry, from R&D to product commercialization.
Previous to joining Steripack Ireland, Alejandro worked as Principal Investigator and Program Manager at different technology centres, both in Ireland and in Spain. Alejandro has been involved in numerous European and national funded R&D programs.
Thomas has over 22 years of multinational experience working in the highly regulated Quality environments of medical device and infant formula.
As a respected Quality Team Leader, Thomas has experience from start-up to mature companies and has worked extensively with regulatory authorities in Ireland, USA and China including NSAI, BSI, TUV, PresafeDGM, US FDA, China CFDA, China COFCC and CNCA.
Prior to joining Steripack Ireland, Thomas worked for over 10 years between Abbott Nutrition and Abbott Diagnostics Ireland as well as other leading medical device manufacturers on established and start up sites.
Colm has over 15 years experience in the sterile packaging and labelling industry. Previous to this Colm was in the drinks industry and was also self employed.
He joined SteriPack in 2008 as Business Development Manager for Ireland and the Israel, through acquisitions he went on to work for Bemis Healthcare Packaging and Nelipak as Key Account Manager. He joined Multi Color Corporation as Key Account Manager in 2020 and in 2022 Colm rejoined SteriPack as Business Development Director.
Principal Engineer with more than 15 years’ experience in in the healthcare packaging device sector. Involved in introducing new equipment, new materials and new products to meet customer and site requirements.
As an SME, Ann facilitates the design and technical phase reviews and provides support to the operations group and Sales Management.
Qualified Chartered Accountant who trained in audit with PWC and has 6 years post qualification experience.
Working as a Financial Accountant at Steripack Ireland since 2021 specialising in financial reporting and developing financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
